On Tuesday March 14, I was scheduled to have my home generator serviced because of an "Overspeed" problem. I was greeted, on time, by "Brock" who first impressed me with his firm handshake. We went to the generator and he said, "I think I already know what the problem is." (even without starting the generator up) He took the side panel off of the generator and found that there was a connection under the control panel that wasn't completely plugged in. { In all fairness, he thought it was something else} Then, magic! The generator was running normally. I was very impressed with his professionalism and confidence that he would find the problem.
